Location is wonderful as are personnel.

The location and hotel were good but I wouldn't trust the company. I had accidentally booked with a sister hotel (all Petit Palaces in their name) and they would not refund my money. Considering the amount of tourists they get and it's an authentic mistake, they should not act so cheaply.

We stayed at the hotel for four days. The hotel is very clean, the food is delicious, and the bed is extremely comfortable. But what impressed us the most was the amazing service from the staff, especially Silvia, who welcomed us warmly and took care of every possible need. We will definitely come back, and I highly recommend it.

2 nights at this boutique Hotel close to restaurants and walking distance to all squares, attractions and shopping. The breakfasts were delicious with lots of variety and freshly presented each day. The front reception staff were very friendly and always available to answer questions or provide suggestions for restaurants and suggested attractions. And to top it off, the hotel offers tea and pastries every afternoon! A recommended hotel in the centre of Madrid.

We booked a triple-sharing room as we were traveling with our daughter. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. However, the bathroom had a translucent door without a lock, which was a bit uncomfortable. The front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful. Since we had an early morning tour, they kindly arranged packed breakfasts for us, which we truly appreciated. We stayed for two nights, and this was our first experience in Madrid, Spain. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a memorable start to our time in Madrid.
