The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. Room was big and clean, the service was great!

This was our 4th visit to Petit Plaza Mayor, as always experience was amazing, From the front desk Bea to our room service lady everything was spot on! Special shout out to Elena & Roxana they made our morning routine so great, always very attentive, gracious and kind. That was an excellent way to start our long days. We are extremely grateful to them for making us feel like Home! Petit Plaza Mayor our home away from home.

Lovely hotel and Jon was amazing help!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed here, and it truly is ideal. The hotel is cozy, but the rooms are modern and well-equipped with a minibar and kettle. The shower is fantastic! The breakfast offers a great variety, and you couldn't ask for a better location—even though it’s right on Calle Mayor, it’s remarkably quiet. Above all, I want to recommend this hotel for the incredible staff. They go out of their way to help with early check-ins, calling taxis, printing documents, and more. A huge thank you to the whole team, especially Beatriz. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Location was great, near many things to visit. Room and bathroom was neat and clean and they cleaned them everyday. The value for money was great. Service and amenities were great. Staff was very helpful and polite.

A lovely 10/10 experience! Having looking at some reviews, I was a little skeptical. However, we had no faults with this hotel at all. We booked a room with a terrace and it was lovely and spacious. The lady on reception was kind and informed us on all the details. We didn’t have to wait for our room to be cleaned which was amazing. Breakfast was lovely, a wide variety of food.
