“Below average”

The best

The only advantage of the hotel is that it is located in the very center on the main square. Everything else is either very average or below par. The room is filled with noise and light from advertisements outside, so it is very uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom has a very strange shower, which is long overdue for replacement/renovation. There is no soundproofing between the rooms, so you can hear other people's conversations and pets. The breakfast is satisfactory. The area around the hotel is full of homeless people, beggars and very strange characters who try to sell you something even if you refuse.

“Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff”

The best

The hotel is in an excellent location. You can't go more central than Puerta del Sol. Only steps away from metro station. Our room was quiet and clean with daily care from the staff. Complimentary water bottles with a beautiful welcome note was a very pleasant surprise.The bathroom had an oral care kit with toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as all the necessary products for body and hair care. The breakfast area was amazing, and breakfast itself was of excellent quality and a wide variety. Carolina and her breakfast team were fantastic. We also want to give a special thank you to the girls at the reception. Unfortunately we didn't catch their names, they were genuinly welcoming. They were more than willing to help us with how to get around Madrid by public transport and also gave us a lot of other information. For sure we will return to Madrid and to this wonderful hotel !!!

“Excellent Experience”

The best

The place is in an excellent location and atmosphere, with a great value with breakfast. This breakfast is of great quality with a great diversity of juices, healthy shots, hams, cheese, meat elements, eggs, salats, breads and coffe. Their even a gluten free area if needed. The staff is friendly and manages the space quickly. Special thanks to Carolina for her extraordinary work at the breakfast area. In the cleaning department the place is supper neat and their is routinely cleaning of the rooms if desired. I like the welcome kits with dental and water.
