Petit Palace President Castellana

I had a wonderful time at the Petit Palace President Hotel - The room was spacious and surprisingly quiet - Great breakfast. The location is fantastic - you can easily walk to numerous shops and restaurants. Its very close to bus stops, so easy to get to the airport. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and a map. Overall, this hotel offers great value with its combination of comfort, location, and service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. As you can see in the photos, the public areas are filthy. There is old debris accumulated in the elevator tracks and the furniture is disgusting—one chair had a massive, deep stain that clearly hasn't been cleaned. Maintenance is non-existent. I do not recommend staying here until they fix these hygiene issues.

Location is prime with all Amenities and Service oriented Staff to make you feel pampered.Excellent Breakfast included.

Excellent location : just 20 meters from Serrano Street, just 10 meters from Corte Ingles mall + supermarket. Rooms are very clean. Front desk and managers are very proactive and give you an excellent service. Breakfast is really tasty and prices are affordable. It is a gem just in the middle of Madrid .

The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood with excellent dining and shopping nearby. My room was small, but had everything I needed.
