We had a top notch experience. Our daughter had a major mishap and had arrived the day before us, and Raquel and Vanessa at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful.

We like that the staff was very helpful and nice (Noemi, Vanesa, and the thin guy with beard -sorry we don’t remember his name), that makes a difference! And everything was clean. We had all we needed in the room, so it was a good experience.

“Great location, huge room, and delicious breakfast”
The best

The location was perfect. Central to everything as walked around the city from here. The room for 4 people is huge!! Our family of 4 really enjoyed it. The teenagers stayed in the bunk bed. Both beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is pretty big too and plenty of mirrors for everyone. The breakfast was amazing along with the coffee. Definitely a bonus to have it before you set out to explore. Overall it was very quiet at night which we liked. The staff was so helpful with questions and printing tickets for us. We would definitely stay here again!

To be improved

The top bunk was a little challenging for a 16yr old but comfy once you're settled.

“4th visit and still great”
The best

Just returned from a 2 night stay at the hotel The location is perfect as near Sol Metro and Plaza Major. There are loads of restaurants near by as well The staff are excellent and always helpful. The rooms are really clean and reception staff will help with storing bags and sorting taxis if needed We had an issue as the shower was not draining away but this was sorted for the second day. You often find the quality of service level by how well and quickly an issue is resolved and this issue was solved straight away so well done to all the staff at the hotel Will hopefully be there again soon
