Let me start by saying the room itself was ok. - Somewhat uninspired fittings that were showing signs of wear and tear. - The bed was very comfortable and clean. - The bathroom was attractive and clean. Here all the basic requirements for 3* were met. Adequate and nothing special The were however serious problems with cleanliness. Dust on the skirtings, in the corners and the doors and windows were disgraceful! It seems there are no checks done by hotel management because it was obvious the dirt has been there for a while. The lack of any sound proofing on the door meant that one could hear every single word spoken by people in the passage. I realized later that there the door didn’t fit the frame and a gap was permanently visible. As a result I was hearing lots of thumping and banging on the morning. The room was also directly next to the service lift so every time the lift was in use one could hear the mechanisms of the lift and lift doors. The terrace balcony was pretty run down and desperately needs an upgrade. Due to all these flaws and issues the value for money was unfavourable. I therefore cannot recommend the hotel until the shortcomings are addressed and resolved

Really loved the host Gabi who gave us the best tips for restaurants. Also very helpfull with everything. The room is good. The hotel is in the centre of Ruzafa and with everything on walkings distance. If you want to go explore, you can rent a electric bike for only 6 euro’s!

Good location. Very good breakfast. Very vell equipped and clear room. Good value. A little noise . Super recepcionnist.

I didn't have breakfast, i was just passing through. Room was fine in all respects except it was very dark.There was a fairly depressing view into a dark corner of the hotel.

location is the most useful.. secondly they provide ebikes at a nominap price of 7 euros per day, which I made use of. They give free coffee in the afternoons. the staff were friendly and helpful.. real value for money
