Hotel is perfectly located, moments walk away from the Metro station at Gran Via. A great value place to stay right in the centre of Madrid, with great staff and a delicious breakfast buffet available

Very cozy hotel,very kind and helpful personnel,very clean with nice breakfast, everything was fresh and the variety changed every day.The location was also excellent for travellers who want to visit different sites of the city.

Fantastic location, staff are amazing and very helpful

This was a very disappointing stay. The double room was tiny, and stiflingly hot. There was a single window, opening onto an internal airshaft. The airshaft had machinery installed in it, switching on and off repeatedly and noisily throughout the night and which ruined sleep. The room had air conditioning, but the hotel had turned it off. When we complained about the noise and the heat, the hotel simply provided a (noisy) fan for the room - which took up almost all the available space. The one good feature of the hotel was the quality and quantity of the breakfast. However, this was served in a small internal area with cramped tables and constant circulation of people squeezing past.

The location is perfect, upto 15 minutes walk to all major sites. The room was a bit small, but clean and comfortable bed. We chose breakfast included in price. Tasty breakfast, included among others, eggs cooked in various ways, nice coffee, choice of bread, cereal and fresh fruit. I was delighted to have freshly squished orange juice. Staff was really kind and helpful

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—close to all major tourist attractions and just a short walk from the beautiful Gran Vía street. Having a metro station nearby made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay in Madrid even more comfortable. The hotel also has a 24-hour reception, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great base to explore Madrid.
