Verified reviews from real guests who have already stayed here.
The location was quiet but near the shops and restaurants, which is positively noted.
The place was immaculately clean, which is specifically praised in the reviews.
The facilities like pool, hot tub, and satellite TV were second to none.
Paul and Jacqueline were more than fair in compensating us, indicating good service.
Overall sentiment is very positive; guests were extremely satisfied.

“Absolutely brilliant, but with a slightly sour taste at the end”
Fantastic pool, load and loads of space. A well stocked kitchen both in terms of plates, knives etc, but also the little things like salt and pepper. Lots of different seating options both inside and out.
The property is next to a building site, so just before the end of the holiday at 8am we were woken by the sounds of diggers and pneumatic drills which resonated through the property, completely removing any possibility of staying at the villa during the daytime. Not the owners fault, but in its current position, any renter should be well aware that there will be building work taking place a few metres from the "little paradise"
“Great experience”
“Lovely villa in a lovely area”
Excellent location, very peaceful. Lovely pool area. 10 minute walk from the beach and restaurants.
Feather pillows not comfortable in some rooms and I’m allergic so I bought a couple of my own.
“Superb”
“Wonderful”
This is a beautiful villa with so much more. A small welcome back and lots of extras in the kitchen. We normally take basic supplies such as condiments but there was everything you would need for a self catering holiday. The living room is spacious and tastefully decorated. A large dining table and chairs with plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing. There is a toilet on the ground floor and a small utility room with a washing machine. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor were spotlessly clean and bright and the master bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed with en-suite bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning. The views are lovely. The outside area is a wonderful peaceful space. There’s lots of seating, including a lounge area, a dining table and chairs, perfect for the morning coffee and sun loungers. There is a grassy area surrounded by plants and trees which gives some privacy. We were invited to enjoy the papaya fruit too, delicious. We had the pleasure of watching the local wildlife including grey wagtails and an Eurasian hoopoe whom seemed oblivious to us watching it. The heated pool was a delight and in the evening the coloured lights looked delightful. The small town is a 10 minute (downhill) walk away with bars, restaurants and a medium sized Hiperdino. Larger supermarkets are a 8 minute drive away so a car is recommended but not a necessity. Fabienne was very friendly and obliging with our access and exit from the villa, thank you. Bernard tended to the pool, jacuzzi and garden area without fuss, thank you too. We all agreed that we would definitely like to return to Petit Paradis, it is certainly a little bit of heaven :-))
“Great holiday, villa was lovely”
Beautiful Villa, lots of towels available, all the mod cons needed for a family. TV reception was great & lots of bits left from previous guests that you can use to entertain - e.g pool floaties
Distance to bar/village is ok on way down but a bit of a hike back up the hill, especially in the heat & with kids. Wifi is only available downstairs, doesn't reach bedrooms, bit of a pain for kids but nothing major. Couldn't arrange to get let in out of hours so had to sit on pavement for 5 hours until someone could let us in. No welcome pack available so you will have to go straight out to buy basics if none is left from previous holiday makers Lots of building work going on next & behind villa, didn't really bother us but it doesn't look the prettiest
