“All in all, I wouldn’t consider this to be up to the of a 4-star experience, especially for the price.”

The best

- I liked the location as it’s close to a bay which can be reached by foot and has some beach bars + it’s very close to Ciutadella although you need a car. - The bed was comfortable. - The pool area is very quiet and nice. - The staff was very friendly.

To be improved

- The bathrooms have NO DOORS! Forget about personal space and privacy. You can see, hear and smell anything that the other person does. - The umbrellas at the pool are way too small for two people, one person will always be in the sun. You can observe people all day moving them around to have a bit of shade. - For a one-week stay they provided only two bottles of water. This should be stocked up daily in a 4 star hotel. - The breakfast doesn’t offer the best quality, cold and hard waffles from a bag, crumbly scrambled eggs, soggy frozen croissants and pain au chocolate etc. - The times for the spa and breakfast don’t make any sense. Spa opens at 9 am, but breakfast is only until 10:30 (they said we need to be there by 10 to get served). This means that it’s impossible to use the spa in the morning AND have breakfast after. - There is no lobby in the Petit Sagitario and the entrance, which is also where breakfast is served, smells bad… - The music at the spa is way too loud, the pool is not warm and they don’t offer towels nor water there (nor at the gym). - The hotel has no personality, no games, no insider tips, no receptionist, no flowers, no small treats, no room service, no free water… For an adults only hotel it’s quite boring. The hospital-style tiles are not helping either. - The food at the restaurant is expensive and bland, I wouldn’t recommend eating there. - The soap and shower gel smell terrible.

“Chilled out, clean and welcoming.”

The best

Everything was great, better than expected. Really relaxing hotel, limited number of rooms so it stays quiet even when at full capacity. The pool area is not huge but it is really relaxing and clean, could have easily stayed there for a few days more just chilling out. The location is good, walking distance to many restaurants and Calas. Food is excellent.

“Relaxing and comfy stay by the sea”

The Hotel was well located 2 steps from the beach , room was comfortable and clean, the view from the terrace was pleasant, good quality and variety at the breakfast buffet , front desk and restaurant’s team were very helpful and always willing to help. Good value for the price you pay for
