Very good location, the quality of the apartment is good overall, it is well equipped with all you need. Unlike other comments, we don't have much complaints about the noise insulation.

To be improved

It was nearly impossible to access the apartment. During our arrival day we didn't hear from the host and our calls and messages were ignored even when we were already in front of the building with our luggage. After 1 hr of waiting outside at 40C after 10 pm, someone arrived and gave us the key but didn't even know the apartment number or gave us any instructions on how to get in. The check-out was also messy: we didn't get any instructions and there was a problem with the place where we left the keys. Jose Antonio said that he didn't see our messages because he was travelling. If you are travelling and unavailable to handle the arrival of your guests and calls/messages, I would advise you not to offer the room, shut business, and just take your days off if you don't want to handle your guests; or leave someone responsible in charge as any other host would do. Although Jose Antonio did apologise for the inconvenience, for such a highly rated place, this shouldn't be happening. From other comments, it seems that better communication and a more professional behaviour would really enhance this place. Also the reception is not available 24h/7 as it's indicated in the place description. There is no reception, and there's no one checking the Booking inbox or the Whatsapp number when guests are expected.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean. Very close to the center. You can reach everywhere by walking easily. Silent. Wifi was working perfectly. Dennis was very helpful and gentle.
