The best

Very clean and fully equipped. Staff were exceptional and answered any queries we had very quickly. Also we had trouble getting to the airport for our trip home and the staff at the office went above and beyond to help us get there on time.

To be improved

Stairs could possibly have a handrail.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very easy to use the bus to move around, also walkable to the old town. Easy to communicate with the agency.

To be improved

Sometimes it gets really humid upstairs and the bathroom is wet for a long time. A lot of stairs also so it is hard for old people to walk around.
