“Poor”
The best

The apartment had magnificent views over the sea and over the golf course. It had a huge roof terrace. The kitchen cupboards and surfaces had recently been renewed. There was plenty of space and 3 bedrooms.

To be improved

It was antiquated in many areas and a disaster waiting to happen. 1.The shutter doors were difficult to open so in one bedroom we did not use the terrace door but used the one in adjacent bedroom. (later we were accused of breaking the barbecue stick which was used to open it. 2.The door to the utility room would not shut so with the heavy winds we experienced the pilot light on the boiler kept blowing out so whenever we needed hot water we had to go outside to relight it. 3. The freezer part of the fridge freezer had a compartment door stuck on with cellotape. The first time we opened the main door it fell off and we had to manage without it. 4the furniture
