“Good location but way too noisy and no customer service”

To be improved

Even though on 9th floor, the noise from busy road below was too much. The commercial “host” was not very helpful and responded to messages with “we are not a hotel”. The so called “complementary 3 dishwasher packs, no washing machine pellets, no paper towel, etc for a 6 night stay was not acceptable! The digital entry restriction to the apartment to the very second was nuts. Also major construction of units on the same floor meant riding the elevator with all sorts of garbage…again no mention. Would not stay again!!

“A wonderful option for Cadiz”

The best

The apartment was exactly as depicted. Wifi worked well. The bed was comfortable. The location is perfect. Having a full kitchen and a washer was really convenient. The view of the city and water is awesome.

To be improved

This is not the property's fault, but there's no on street parking. The parking lot (which is just across the street) is about 20 Euros a day. I don't know if it grants in and out privileges.

The app based door lock method left us unsure of actually getting into the property until the last minute, having arrived in Cadiz. The door lock worked fine once we had the information but I don't think it offers any advantage over a simple lock box and key method. Sometimes technology for the sake of it does not improve the experience.
