The best

The location and terrace are the best things about this stay. It's located in the middle of the L'Eixample neighborhood. We received the cards for the free breakfast in the cafe across the street, which is a nice bonus.

To be improved

The apartments are overpriced for what they actually offer. There are a few important things to mention. First, the photos are outdated—the furniture is worn out, and there's nothing "modern" about the apartment. The kitchen appliances, such as the microwave and toaster, are extremely old. We were traveling with family and needed to use them, but it was far from pleasant. Second, there were cockroaches in the kitchen. Next, the noise. It definitely needs to be pointed out that the apartment is loud—you can hear every little vehicle from the street. The windows are not soundproof at all; I swear I could even hear someone sneezing outside. And last but not least, the air conditioning is only in the living room. If you want your bedroom to be even slightly cooler at night—or just bearable to sit in—you can't use the living room, because it becomes unbearably cold. It's the strangest design choice in the apartment, and I regret choosing this one, especially since I had better options at the time.

“A simple and clean apartment”
The best

Positive : Location ,all Sightseeing are nearby within walking distance. Metro Bus and Taxi nearby.Market nearby.The Team are friendly. Apartment are clean. Free Breakfast.

To be improved

Negative: Quite Loud not only the street ,inside you can hear Elevator,door closing and etc. The Bed is not comfortable and squeak by every motion.Our Apartment has only one Air condition in Living Room.In Bedrooms are no Air-Con ,so you can only feel the cool air with your bedrooms door open.The furniture are old so do the bathroom.It is just a normal apartment , is not a luxury apartment that we paid for !

The platform under the master bed was insanely squeaky and crinkling (making loud noise anytime either person moved, prohibiting a full night’s sleep

The suite layout is practical, and overall, it served reasonably ok. The on-site personnel attended to the TV not working quickly.

To be improved

There was no air conditioning in any bedrooms. The bedrooms were hot and humid, and we did not sleep comfortably while we were there. We raised the issue with the owner, but no help. We had fans in the bedrooms but with no cooling effect whatsoever. The only air conditioning is in the living room, and it did not even cool the living room properly. The suite is lacking accessories. For example, no wine bottle opener. Not enough furniture in the living room.
