The best

One of the was thoughtfully laid out, well remodeled stays of my 2 months in Spain. Small thing...but window screens are important when you want to open the windows. Rosa is responsive, intelligent. My Spanish is crummy, but we all try. Absolutely sparkling clean. Cheese from local shop.

To be improved

Not exactly a problem...but KNOW you need to bring food. Drive is up/down winding road. Closest supermarket 30 m away. Nice bar in town. Didn't try their offerings. Might be good. Town FULL of dogs. I had 2 dogs. I loved them. It is hard to like erratic barking though, when you are trying to sleep with windows open in otherwise tranquil, quiet town. A thing maybe just with me. I am not vegan. I had a horse as a kid. The Spanish make a big thing about Lippazans. There is also developed horse meat farming in Cantabria. When I realized the 100s of lovely horses 50' away in pastures were probably for this market, it changed my view. I enjoyed my 3 days of hiking etc. Rosa's aptmt was tops. Not sure I would have booked here if I had known.

What a magical place, the perfect getaway into the mountains. The apartment was super comfortable, the heated floors a special treat. And the views!

To be improved

It wasn't clear that the booking was for only one room out of the 3 and there was an extra charge for an extra room.

The best

Rosa's apartment was super clean, spacious and had a fulltime equiped kitchen. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. It's not necessary to drive, we made two amazing hikes just starting in Bejes and had a nice drink and some cheese and meat at the local bar. Don't forget to visit the queseria 'la Branuca' in the village, it sells amazing cheese!
