“lovely bungalows with stunning views”

Stunning location with marvelous views all around of the mountains. Great options for hiking nearby. We were there in off-season, so it was very quiet, and we had nobody staying above us in our cabin (the cabin/bungalow has 2 floors with an apartment on each). Very nice, comfortable place, well-equipped kitchen, two decent size bedrooms, clean, excellent heating. We stayed two nights and would happily come back. Very friendly staff.

To be improved

Some bits of the apartment needed a little more maintenance - one radiator was dripping, some tiles in the floor bathroom were loose, entry door jammed a bit against floor. But none of this was major. if it wasnt for these, i would have given it a 10 rather than a 9.

Not much. The kitchen was small and pretty basic and missing a few items that would have made life easier. Not a big problem though.

A hidden gem!!!! These cabins are situated in the most stunning scenery, with 360 views of beautiful mountains. You are perfectly secluded in your cabin, with a lovely terrace and amazing views. Also, the location is great as there many small adventure in Piedrafita.

To be improved

We got an entire cabin as 2 separate spots - the 2 bedroom downstairs and the upstairs suite. The suite doesn’t come with a kitchen, and the restaurant in town only serves food until 4, and other restaurants about 20mins away are never open for dinner on Tuesday or Thursday, so you really need a kitchen. The kitchen was a bit basic, it didn’t have an oven just a small stove to cook 2 things at once. Since we were planning for a week and to do all of our own cooking, and we LOVE to cook, it would have been better to have a full kitchen to make our experience a bit more gourmet.
