“Perfect location and practical apartment”

The amenities, the proximity to a nice little beach and the helpful staff.

To be improved

Around the Sant Joan festivities, end of June, a lot of apartments are full of young people that do parties all night.

“Nice location”

Cleanliness Reception Newly refurbished Location- theres a lot of nearby restaurants

To be improved

No ventilation in the bathroom We had a terrible night on our last night. The group of people upstairs partied until 5am. We can hear the chairs moving every 5 mins. They were so noisy. The sofa bed had a humidity odour.

The location was perfect and the staff very Nice. The pool was very cool, although we didn’t use it much.

To be improved

There was a lot of dust no the air vents which didn’t help my allergies. I think that some other kitchen basics would be nice as well

Proximity to te beach. Short walk to bars and restaurants. A few different beaches / swimming areas to choose from within walking distances of 10 - 15 mns. Good bus service

“Great staff, close to the beach, good coffee at the "bar". Close to the supermarkets. We always found free parking spot. · Cons: Appartment is not soudproof, you can hear water (shower) and doors from other appartments. Kitchen is small. In the appartment for 3 people you will get 3 plates, 3 forks, 3 spoons, 3 glasses... and only 1 big pot, 1 small pan, 1 medium pot. The pan is not big enough to make stakes or sauce for 3 people. They will freeze 200€ on the card to make sure you will clean the kitchen. To sum up, you will have to improvise in the kitchen :)”

“Ok for super short stays of up to 2 days.”

Location was good, a bit isolated though. But it's literally 3 mins walk to Calan Blanes.

To be improved

The room, although was nicely prepared for us when we arrived, it wasn't cleaned even after we stayed there for a good 7 days. The towels and bed linen was also not changed. As per rule, they should do it every 3rd day. The trash wasn't picked up. On the 6th day, we put the trash out in front of the door hoping the cleaning folks will empty it. But the manager came, knocked the door and was very upset about the fact that we out the trash bin out. He has a point as it interrupts the other guests walking past the corridor, but it wouldn't have happened if he had made sure the cleaning folks do their job in the first place.
