“Terrible Experience”
The best

I booked a room here through Hotels.com. The Booking Reservation said the front desk would be open at 2 PM. When I arrived the front door was locked. There was no front desk and no way to check in. I called their phone number and was told someone would be there to help me. After waiting for 30 minutes, I called again. This time I was told someone would be there in 20 minutes. Someone finally showed up to let me in. There lack of a front desk and no one on duty should have been explained before I arrived. Terrible experience.
