The best

The apartment was lovely and clean. It was in great location, shame about lack of sea views. The pool was fab and kids played there every day. Great to have washing facilities, ideal when travelling with kids.

To be improved

The bed sheets and towels were appalling. They must be extremely old as they were hard and worn. I think white sheets and towels are standard these days, not the mismatch we were given. A 2nd sun lounger should be provided, there was a chair in the utility but leg was broken. There could have been a serious accident as my elderly mom used it once. An intermittent clean/ towel replacement would have been nice.
