We have tried to contact the owner to make a complaint he does not answer. On arrival the front door to the flat was very hard to open my husband had to push with force for us to get in every-time we entered the building it needs wood taking off the bottom. But the first night we were totally locked in the bedroom the door handle was just spinning around had there been an medical emergency or a fire we would never have got out. Fortunately we had a mobile phone in the bedroom and we had to call the key holder in the middle of the night to come and let us s out. It was very frightening, the owner made no contact or apology. He should not be allowed tore t his property with booking .com without a proper fire risk !

Good location. Needed kitchenware. Air conditioner. Elevator (4 floor).

To be improved

Need to repair outer door( stuck in the middle), lock of bathroom and main bedroom. all the doors are creak. Heater in bathroom is out of order
