“This place is a hidden gem. Rooms are clean and simple but the extensive grounds have an atmosphere that will relax you. From the buzzing insects amongst the many many trees, to the chilled beats you may hear from the bar area, you will unwind.. It could be romantic.. could be spiritual.. could be shared with one other or many..! It's definitely my next special birthday party. So don't bother trying to book for May 25th 2027.. I'm having the whole place lol. And last but not least of all.. thank you to Ruben and all of your friends who took effortless care of me.”

My very small room (no space for luggage) was on the ground floor, just adjacent the main entrance and living where all people come together, every customer comes into that place and start talking, staff is cooking etc.. I couldn’t get any sleep, the single window on the ground floor is situated near the sitting area outside where everyone comes to talk drinking and smoke, which makes it impossible to take a rest or sleep. The bathroom is for disabled people. The owner will not inform you until you challenge him. The room is very old. Dirty see pictures, broken, very small and basic. When I confronted the owner of the situation he was not willing for any compromise, refund, or even partial refund, his main concern is money but no customer care. I Regularly book, but this one I have never seen before as a quality of room and service. I have been pleased with the pictures of the swimming pool, but all the rest is a trap. Once you paid, and you see you don’t get the products paid for, your money is lost. I have no idea where he gets such a high score of quotes unless he is asking explicitly for it. The owner is full of excuses and aggressive when you ask for information. Official complaint has been sent.
