The best

The positives about this house are the perfect location, close to the beaches and the old town, and its setting in spacious well maintained gardens. The good heating system is a benefit in winter.

To be improved

The house lacks basic instructions eg we could not access the internet for four days because the instructions were incorrect. Similarly we had to find the switches to work the heating/aircon system.More significantly we had a power cut for several hours extending into the evening , a not infrequent occurrence according to residents, and there were no emergency supplies - torches and candles which we ended up buying ourselves. The beds are old fashioned and uncomfortable. The agent was slow to respond to communications .
