Bathroom smells, and there's nothing you can do to avoid the issue except leaving the window open, which can't be done always as it faces a neighbour's balcony. Another down point is that the access to the property is not controlled; during our stay, we had visitors in the swimming pool that we have the strong feeling they were not guests of Pinos Altos (because their rude behaviour). In 2 or 3 occasions, we send messages to the management. The first time was to ask a bottle opener (the one provided was broken). No answer. The second was to inform them about the unpleasant visitors of the swimming pool. In this case, after a prolongate silence, they answered that they would investigate. We felt a bit sorry for the lack of feedback from them during the stay. We indeed received a bottle opener from the housekeeper, as we directly asked when we had the chance to meet her in the building. So this report is just to explain that there's nothing to complain about the overall experience, which was fantastic, but just a bit of carelessness once you're in.
