The apartment was extremely small (the photos online were deceptive) and the air conditioning was only in the bedroom. There was a ‘sofa bed’ in the lounge but it was absolutely not what we were expecting and was extremely uncomfortable. The apartment was extremely hot when we arrived and we tried to cool it down by turning on the air conditioning in the bedroom and leaving the door open, but the kitchen/lounge would not cool down so my husband and I had a very hot and uncomfortable nights sleep on the sofa bed (our daughter had the bedroom). The air conditioning was also on a timer which we weren’t aware of when we booked. This meant our daughter was woken early by the air conditioning going off early in the morning (she got too hot), and she wasn’t able to nap in a cool bedroom if her nap didn’t line up with the air conditioning timer. We actually only spent 2 out of 8 nights staying here because it was not suitable for us as a family for the reasons listed above, so we lost out on a lot of money due to booking alternative accommodation for the last 6 nights of our holiday. Unfortunately the hosts would not agree to any form of refund or compensation, despite us feeling as though we were mis-sold when looking at the apartment online. If we would’ve viewed the apartment before booking, we absolutely would not have booked. Definitely won’t be staying again or recommending to any of our family/friends who stay in Cala regularly. Really disappointed.

Wi-Fi was terrible, a decent speed would turn this amazing from an 8-10 for me

When booking the apartment I was aware there was no AC . However, I must admit that in August it was difficult to sleep at night because of the heat. The fan helped just a bit. But at least the price of the apartment was ok.
