“Nice apartment but no servicing”

Lovely apartment, one of 16 in a quiet location. Apartment had everything you could want. Nice pool. However...

To be improved

We were there for 10 days (9 nights), and expected some kind of servicing - change of sheets, towels, replenishing of toilet roll, etc., but nothing. I sent a message on day 4 and received a message saying someone would be in on either day 5 or 6, but no-one turned up at all. I guess I could have kept messaging, but I had better things to do on holiday than that. Also, there is a back door, down by the table tennis table, which was much more accessible, but this was not mentioned, and we only found out the entry code by accident, speaking to a maintenance-man.

Great family self catering Beautiful site and location Washing facilities free of charge Nice pool (but cold!)...kids didn't seem to mind Parking on street not a problem
