The good location. Large apartment with two bedrooms and a balcony.

Much noise from two bars underneath the apartment (especially in the weekend), lots of people standing outside.

Beautiful inside Hell outside.

To be improved

1. Yoga shop next door unit … 20 loud people in and out 3 times a day with smelly burning stuff. 2. Jack hammering from 8am to 6pm for 10 days at the parkade. The agent and I could not hear each other during the introduction. In addition he said oh city living it happens.. 3. Renovation unit next door, all day for days. And The best part 3 Bars below our 4 windows until 2 am. They went home at 2:30 am and we my 94 year old father and I slept between 3-5 am before street cleaners showed up. In addition 6 floor parkade lights in the living room…. if any rental agents writes back to come with excuses I have photos, recordings. Cancel your reservations. Cancel now.
