La ubicació és senzillament inmillorable.
La vista del menjador lo millor de tot.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
A very enjoyable stay, with minor drawbacks.
El pis una mica antic però renovat i molt confortable.
Good value considering the location and comfort.
“Great apartment for a relaxing stay by the sea.”
Great clean apartment in the heart of L’Escala full of charm, decorated thoughtfully in a lovely location. We (family 3 adults) had a very enjoyable 4 night stay 8-12th July 2025 good sized rooms, well equipped kitchen, lots of crockery, bathroom had plenty of towels a very good shower. Beds were comfortable, good quality sheets & quiet - we all sleep well. All the windows have metal roll down shutters (very common) great to keep cool in the day & feels secure at night. Aircon in the living room & ceiling fans in the 2 bigger bedrooms which we found enough to keep the apartment cool. Balcony is well positioned for people watching, it gets the morning sun & is a lovely place to sit in the evening watching the swallows. The host was very helpful with restaurant, beach suggestions & our self check in had detailed instructions. L’Escala is beautiful town to spend time & explore with lots of little streets & several beaches within walking distance. Lots of restaurants - grocery shops, bakeries for fresh bread & pastries - art gallery - souvenir shops - clothes - cultural events, we saw a drumming band, a brass band with dancing & a craft fair - don’t leave without trying & buying some local anchovies it’s part of L’Escala history & they are delicious. E’Scala is well positioned on the Costa Brava for exploring - we drove up from Barcelona about 2 hours - stopped at Blanes for lunch, had a couple of beach days close to L’Escala, drove to Cadaques, visited Salvador Dalis house at Port Lligat(book min the day before) - on the drive back to Barcelona we stopped at Tossa del Mar, visited the castle & had a last swim. If you are driving & book the parking space the apartment is in a pedestrian zone you may drive into but is bordered by a no access zone - big sign €200 fine this is not where the apartment is - don’t follow stat nav !
