Lost my phone & the person at the desk required my booking number. I told him to look on the computer for it. Showed my passport & card I paid for the apartment with. He said he couldn't help, after taking my passport picture & sending it to a random owner, who wasn't the right one.... I flew back home 3 days early due to this...no help whatsoever..pure amateurish at best....!

The location was ideal- two minute walk from the major bus station, where you can get the bus to anywhere (got the bus from the airport at 1am which was ideal, the bus to Fañabe market and even Mount Teide). It’s about a 10 minute walk to Mercadona which has lots of fresh produce at a reasonable price and the hotel has the facilities to cook your own meals, hob, utensils etc. The man who checked me in was really nice! The only downside was that the light in the bathroom didn’t work, which meant having to leave the door open for the hallway light
