Piso acogedor y tranquilo - Junto a ifema y aerop.

We arrived bought lots of food to cook pizzas, lasagne and oven chips turned on the oven and smoke billowed out we took out tray to see it was so disgusting and had food debris in the oven and the tray was filthy🤮 I sent a video to the agent, they said we had to wait till next day, no apology, sent someone whilst we were out who wiped it but it wasn’t cleaned properly and then didn’t even touch the tray! Upon our return I messaged to inform and was told that they would not be returning, and that if we wanted to use the oven we could clean it ourselves!! Informed me that the matter was closed, from their end! I said this was not acceptable atall, as it was now day 3 of 5 without an oven and our food was wasted and we were eating out and I would like an offer of reimbursement. I was told it did not affect our stay and case closed. Then completely ignored. I would recommend renting this apartment

It was very basic , no condiments for the kitchen , not enough toilet paper in the bathroom ,the double bad was very uncomfortable, the handle of the bathroom door was coming out , the shower head was old and leaking, the balcony door was making an impossible sound when open …
