Piso Augusto Acogedor 5 Temporal

Great location. In the heart of Madrid! No need of any transport to get to the main sights of the city! The hosts provide perfect communication, they are very kind, nice and responsive.

The check-in instructions were completely false, no one came to meet us. The host did not communicate with me at all, even though I told her when we would be there. I had to call her and then she sent real instructions on how to get inside. The wifi is horrible, the bed is a nightmare, and the shower is so tiny that when I turned around - I bumped into the handle and it went to scolding hot water and burned me before I could move. I would never stay here again and if I hadn’t of paid so much money, I would’ve left early and gone somewhere else. ALSO someone kept pressing the doorbell at 12:30 and woke us up!

I arrived very late at night. I was met by Luis who not only got me settled into the apartment but he then accompanied me to the store so I could purchase water. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The area is perfectly safe but because I was so exhausted, his company was very helpful. Apartment is in an excellent location.
