“Great apartment in quiet but accessible neighbourhood”

The best

The apartment was great with everything that we needed for our stay. It was in a quiet neighbourhood, but with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and children's parks nearby. The walk to Bilbao centre and all the major sites took some time, but was great for exploring all that the city has to offer, and the closest tram stop (Hospital/Ospitalea) was just a few minutes walk away.

To be improved

When cooking the electricity tripped a couple of times when we were using the oven and hob together, so we had to use them seperatly. The temperature of the shower was also very difficult to change as the temperature control knob was very stiff. Parking was difficult to find nearby, there was free parking when we arrived on a Sunday, but the rest of the time was time-limited residential parking close to the apartment, long-term paid parking a bit further away, or trying to find one of the very limited free parking places close by.

“Superb apartment in the center of Bilbao”

The best

A new and lovely refurbished apartment to high quality standard. You will love staying here as well as the close location to the center. In addition, the owner kindly provided us the local travel card to easily travel in the city with tram or bus.

To be improved

We wish we have stayed longer.

“Brilliant little find”

The best

The apartment was really nice, had everything we needed and it was really clean and fresh. Coffee machine is also available and always a positive though we did get our coffee out. The bus station is really close, our reason for searching the area in the first place. We were able to drop our bags before check-in time but the apartment was ready so we were allowed to check in early. We literally dropped our bags and stayed out for the day. Check in was really easy and really nice to meet.

To be improved

The only downside is it's out of the centre of town . But we did book to be near to the bus station as we were leaving the next morning so this was intentional on our part. There are trams very close if the distance is an issue or if it's raining.
