Apart located at the start of the port de pollença, minutes walk from bars and restaurants. Advise to any fellow stayers in this apartment upon arrival, explore every door and gift packs... like a donut I and my group did not realise we had a iron till our last day. The apartment facilities will have everything you will need for your stay, clean spacious, airy and good home feel

To be improved

So not much... There is a school located opposite the apartment can be quite noisy from screaming kids throughout the morning not soo great after a heavy night out. My own personal preference there are no locks on the bathroom door would be good to have for own privatisation. The shower temperature would have liked it if it was hotter and had better water pressure but not such a big deal that just my own perspective

“Lovely apartment with more potential!”

The best

The apartment has so much potential to have a 10 rating! It's spacious, comfortable bedrooms, seperate utility room for laundry, lovely quiet location, terrace with a mountain view. They even had some beach toys and floats that my son loved! If you stay over a week they also provide you a free cleaning of the apartment, which was much appreciated!

To be improved

The only major drawback for us was limited air conditioning during the day. It was only on between 2-4pm, and then 8pm-8am. Unfortunately with a small child it made it tricky to have naps at home during the day. I would lobve to come back and stay in the apartment again if this could be made a bit more flexible. Kitchen is also on a smaller side and no room to store your shopping, so something to consider if you plan to cook a lot. For us it wasn't a big issue as we mainly ate outside. Also, it would be great if a 2nd key could be made available!

“Passable”

To be improved

First of all, the security of this apartment is below acceptable. No host was there to greet us and a main window in the apartment was broken and unable to be closed or locked. This made us very uncomfortable and if I had kids I would not let them sleep near it. We called and the said they "we will speak to the owner". No further follow up or check in from either the owner or property management. It made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep in an apartment knowing someone could easily get in. The aircon is scheduled (we went out of peak season so it wasn't as hot as 40 degrees) but this is just very basic and extremely annoying for visitors. Shame as there so much potential but absolutely not worth the money.

The best

Everything was very uncomplicated. The apartment was super clean and easy to access (the key was waiting in a code-secured key box).

To be improved

For an apartment that costs almost 200€ per night, one should expect to be allowed to use air-condition whenever needed and not only from 8pm til 8am.

Location is excellent.

To be improved

Given the hot summers in Mallorca, they have a policy of only having AC working at the property for 14 hours per day. As well, the AC units are only in the two bedrooms. So when it is really hot, as it was for us last week, it was unbearable. Essentially that unit was very uncomfortable during the day.
