“Good value for money, careful if you are noise sensitive”

Friendly host, great space, very good location (Very good bakery on the other side of street)

To be improved

noise, noise in the building: the neighbors moved a lot of stuff at night during my stay + in the hallway the sound resonnate (I am sensible to noise)
