The apartment advertised was not available. The reception staff informed us that there are not three double beds at this property, after downgrading us to a smaller apartment. Even after showing the evidence on Booking.com that it advertised it, she insisted that there were not three double beds. In short, it cannot sleep six, as advertised. The reception staff told us that we would be reimbursed for the difference, which we were not. Booking.com did nothing to help. The apartment was dirty, the kitchen tap was detached, there were two toilet roles for four people for three nights, the kitchen was poorly equipped (only two forks, one knife and two spoons - effectively not self-catered at all) and the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Then they broke my sister-in-law's suitcase, which was left in their care. They denied responsibility and refused to sign the denuncia form or disclose the owner of the establishment. Eventually (after 1hr 30 minutes) the staff member finally signed it, after we called the police. This place is dodgy on clearly not everything is legal here. Booking.com were as useful as a chocolate teapot.

couldn’t get the AC unit to work. Host didn’t speak English and upon arrival I had to call the number provided by booking to be let in. I had to leave for the airport at 3am in the morning which led to returning the keys being quite awkward. more organisation required in this regard from host. perhaps a safe space to pick up and drop off keys
