Very clean, very well maintained, super close to everything. 2 minute walk to the train station.

My room was just next to the batrrom and the wall has a hole, which is not well isolated, it was too noisy when somebody used the batrrom. The rest was very good.

The best

The staff were very helpful. They moved my booking to an apartment with space to store my bicycle and responded immediately to my phone call asking for help when the message containing access details arrived incomplete. All done with smiles and good wishes. Excellent service, thank you.

The window of the room opened in to a lobby rather than outside.

The locks and the light switches are in urgent need of repair. Far too much communication, only in writing and in Spanish. Could be summed up in 2 sentences in English.
