“Spacious apartment however TV not working, no Netflix either. Very noisy neighbours and loud music”

Host arrived to give the keys and let in. Spacious apartment with kitchen and 2 Bathrooms.

To be improved

TV was not set up and not working, not even basic channels. Host promised to fix it next day but then just ignored the problem. Very loud noisy neighbours, were having parties with loud music until 5-6 am. Very big cockroach in the kitchen!

The best

Instead of meeting David at the door to let me into the apt, David met ME at the AVE station - which saved me 2 metro rides and a lot of luggage lugging grief (!) He also helped me find alternate transport to Barcelona upon hearing the AVE I intended to take (as well as all others for the day) had sold out. Being extremely friendly and going out of his way as he did, David displayed excellence in customer service, imho, which seems to be slipping away in the world-at-large. Keep it up David - you're great:):):)

“Not too bad but we won't be back again.”

The best

The location was good, about 25 minutes walking from the city center and the flat was quite large. Many facilities like supermarkets, a bakery and bus service very near the flat. The host was kind and communication was easy with him.

To be improved

The kitchen wasn't really fit for cooking. The microwave didn't have a proper base plate y therefore wasn't working well. There wasn't a lighter for the stove ( we had to buy one), There wasn't any corkscrew available, no teapot nor a saucepan to boil water. We were four people and there was only 3 bath towels ( the host told us to buy one and sent the money quickly). The cleaning was quite poor. The TV wasn't working...
