“Everything was very nice, and this view from the balcony is impressive! · Cons: the only downside is that it was incredibly high to walk, our elderly mother was with us and she was, to put it mildly, not happy ;)”

The location is great with a beautiful view.

To be improved

The owner had disconnected all the electrical heaters and left one gas stove working. With outside temperatures around 0°C the whole flat was freezing. You can only live there in summer.
