It is close to almost everything from the train station to the supermarket to the park and shopping centers.

For some reason it easily accumulates dust.

Location was great. Close to Metro, shopping and the Retiro. Wi-fi and tv worked well. Comfortable couch. Uncluttered.

To be improved

The building is tired. Quite a bit of building and neighbor noise. Hot water supply is sketchy. - hard to regulate in the shower. Bed in master bedroom is too firm for our taste, so we slept in the room close to the hall/elevator and put our young adult in the quieter room - not ideal for us. Kitchen utensils and microwave are minimal. There was no oven which caused us some inconvenience. The master bathroom is awkward to use due to its layout and door.

The best

The location is very good, just across of Retiro and close to a metro station. The apartment was very clean and had everything one needs, including washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine.

The apartment is equipped with all necessary things. It was clean and with comfortable beds. There was a coffee machine, which I was very happy about. The location is very close. I highly recommend it
