The location of the property was ideal, walkable to the center and parks near by. Very happy with the location. It hace a good size bedrooms and decent living room with American kitchen.

- there is no way way to talk to the owner, only Whatsapp messages are allowed - the owner has zero knowledge of the english language. I was writing english, the owner replied spanish - there are heaters on the wall but not able to heat up the apartment. On top of it, the heater's fan is extremely loud and cannot be dimmed - despite the fact that the owner threatened us with fines if we were too loud, during the night from saturday to sunday there was a party right beneath our apartment which was so loud, that we were able to sleep only after 3 AM. - the bathroom has no ventilation and is therefor full of mold

The best

The host was very responsive and we managed to understand each other despite the language barriers. S/He sent a broad explanation on how to enter the property to ensure smooth check in, so we did not have any troubles to enter the apartment. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, more than enough for 4 people. It is located almost right next to the Palacio and you can just simply walk to the metro for 2-3 mins. One of the best places I have ever stayed.

The best

Very good value for money. Excellent location, close to everything you need for a sightseeing visit. Well equipped with some groceries and toiletries. Heating was good despite the automatic setting

As mentioned in other comments, the apartment is noisy. It is not a flat in a building. The shower was flooding a bit.

Great location, very convenient for both walking and metro, well equipped kitchen, spacious appartment, nice furniture

It is not appartment in the building but some commercial/store space or basement next to the building, entry was directly to the living room and it was impossible to sleep there because of traffic and street noise. it was cold in the appartment and there was no heating option, nor the owner replied to our question about heating
