Very disappointed in check in communication. Email requesting time was never answered. No written instructions in house regarding use of apartment amenities items, except Wi-Fi which was incorrect! (Took a call on WhatsApp to fix). Had to search for towels (they were under bed). Wet sheets and wet towels were left on cloths rack and became smelly. Could use more kitchen utensils (such as a cutting board etc) and a second fan given the heat. In sum, it could be a nice place if they took a little more concern and invested just a bit more. Note: they won’t contact you via Booking, only WhatsApp

Spacious apartment in a good location. Walkable to the old city which was lovely. Quiet area and we ate in using the oven. Washing machine was handy and it had a great clotheshorse to hang clothes. It had a lovely big bath which was great.

it was in a good location and had good facilities (e.g., washing machine)

we arrived during a very hot week in July and although we knew there was no air conditioning, there wasn’t even a fan we could use. the windows opened out to a busy street that didn’t quieter down until midnight. in order to sleep we bought a fan for the property and weren’t offered reimbursement for it. very disappointing
