Doesn’t look like the pictures Limited kitchen supplies No soap in the washroom We had an issue checking out and couldn’t reach the host for 2 hours (just talking to an ai on WhatsApp) no phone number to reach the host

Excellent location. Easy to get the keys. Good size flat with kitchen.

A few small cleanliness issues can be rectified quite easily; black mold in the shower and shower head, dust, blocked shower drain, dirty kettle. Broke sofa bed. Bathroom door is unreliable and needs fixing in case someone gets shut inside. Mattress might be too soft for some.

Very well located apartment, a few blocks from Granada Cathedral and literally just accross the Granada Mercado Central. Walking distance to most everything in town. Apartment is very spacious and comfortable.

To be improved

Check in instructions could be made clearer. For example, owners should mention that access to the building is via electronic scanner. Also be mindful that this apartment is managed by a company and not an administrator. No major issue but just be informed.
