Taps to bathroom and kitchen are very unstable - about to fall off. Heating switch was difficult to work at the beginning ( called Javier who helped immediately👍) Bed - springs are starting to fail. Stipulate that you need sheets for sofabed - if sleeping separately - ,not supplied initially. Had to firmly request. Shower doors unstable to open and close. Noise from fridge - needed to unplug every night when sleeping on sofabed. Noise from street very audible (now is off-peak and cold, so relatively quiet outside , - definitely have noise cancelling earplugs. - owner can't do much about this but would benefit from triple glazing in the future! No kettle, teapot.or craft/ presse. Has a small machine - you have to source additional pods from a supermarket. Disappointing if you brew your own. Informed that the information given states what is available - from a northern European a teapot & craft is seen as a basic requirement!. Take pictures of coffee machine if you need to buy the pods

Bed was a bit uncomfortable / small for two people however this can be personal preference.

The bed and the sofa were extremely uncomfortable. We asked the host if we could leave our luggage at noon before the check in time of 3:00. Initially he said yes. But when we arrived at noon , we were unable to access the actual apt. We waited 45 min and texted the host for instructions but he didn’t respond. It would have been easier if he just said no in the first place. We found a nearby plaza and sat with our luggage until 3:00. Then all the codes and lock box worked perfectly, but it was really annoying.
