Spacious, comfortable, clean and lovely lady who met us.

Google maps brought us to the neighbouring appartment which caused us some confusion so I messaged the host through booking.com and she came and got us immediately. She quickly gave us a tour of the appartment and gave us a lovely bottle of wine before leaving. She even permitted us a late check out which we were very grateful for. The kitchen is well equipped, we were able to cook meals easily and there were even some basics like salt and oil provided. In both of the bathrooms we found nice toiletries and soft comfortable towels. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the Cathedral, which works well as there are so many people in the city it is very noisy so being that little further away reduced that to some degree. The decor is modern with some luscious plants and the apartment was large clean and felt safe and secure.I spotted the neighbours beautiful siamese cat through the grilled window into an unkempt communal courtyard. The cat was a thrill to see, not sure the cat felt the same way though Overall we were delighted with our stay in Santiago and are happy to reccomend this appartment and host.
