This is really nice apartment, but in kitchen ants kept appearing all the time, we couldn't leave anything on the counter. It was problem with the sockets in room with queen size bed, they didn't work properly and the phones couldn't be charged, no hair dryer, and also and no instructions on how to connect to WiFi.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Piso Nuevo al lado de la Playa, and I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to soak up the Andalusian sun! The location is unbeatable – just a few steps from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the salty breeze was absolute bliss. The apartment itself was modern, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The decor is tasteful, and the balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, watching the sunset. The neighborhood is quiet, yet you’re close enough to everything – great restaurants, shops, and of course, the beach is right there! Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this is the ideal spot. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing beach getaway with all the comforts of home!

To be improved

The balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy the view and a morning coffee, though I think a little upgrade to the chairs would make it even more comfortable for lounging.

Close to the beach (7 mins walk) Supermarket downstairs

We had too many problems during our stay. We couldn’t get in the building when we arrived as the access through the app was not working. The landlord couldn’t get us in either so spent more than 30 minutes downstairs at the main entrance trying to enter the building Boiler in the kitchen was leaking (we received a message on booking.com 1 hour before arrival to inform us about this). Consequently, it was difficult to shower as we constantly didn’t have warm water. It was eventually replaced on the 3 rd day as I insisted it had to be done. Issues with electricity on second day, spent hours on the phone with landlord again and we had no AC, fridge, internet or any electricity in the apartment for more than half the day. TV didn’t work as there was no antenna. Very bad smell in the kitchen which extends to living area and the twin bedroom. Small ants in the kitchen Superficially cleaned only. Overall, a deep cleaning is needed, the floors were dirty and the sofa, cushions and curtains are all stained and dirty. Our contact Andrea tried to help of course and was appreciated however, our stay here wasn’t great unfortunately. Hope these things can get fixed for the next guests
