Location was good, close to the beach. Domi who showed us into the property was as helpful as she could be.

To be improved

Where to start. I will not be returning and have raised a complaint with booking.com. The listing says it has aircon, this was not working and as a result the apartment was exceptionally hot. We attempted to get some support from the owner who was obstructive and passive aggressive on us raising this, continually advising that we had put it on the wrong setting without themselves coming to assist/assess if this was accurate. Response to messages was slow to nonexistent l. One of the party is currently pregnant with twins and as the heat was so unbearable we had to purchase a fan for each bedroom costing 50 euros. Unfortunately, we couldn’t tolerate the heat so had to leave a night early and book somewhere else to stay. We advised that we were going to check out early however no one attended the apartment to collect the keys as requested to ensure their safe return. To date still no response or acknowledgement they have been received. We are seasoned travellers and in all the years I have used booking.com I have never left a review such as this. Simply unacceptable service. Avoid avoid avoid!
