Piso recien reformado y con buena ubicación

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with lots of windows, big wardrobes to unpack into, and a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The main bed was wonderfully firm, the washing machine was useful to have, and the desk in the second bedroom was a great workspace. The wifi always worked well. The location is terrific: it's an easy walk to the train and bus stations, the shopping district, and the sights in the medieval center of Oviedo. You're surrounded by bars, restaurants, and every kind of shop. Davi, the host, sent us a barrage of texts with information about checking in and recommendations about what to see and where to eat. All in all, this apartment was a great value for the price. We're only sorry we couldn't stay longer.

The house is basically in the center of all of Oviedo's attractions. A better location would be impossible. 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and living room with a dining table, TV (with Prime) and a very comfortable sofa. We were greeted upon arrival by David, the friendliest person you will meet in Oviedo. His tips were essential for a 5-star stay (restaurants, Sidra :-), bakeries (Moscovitas), city attractions, car parking, etc. We had a bottle of wine waiting for us at home, kindly offered by David, which made us appreciate those days even more. For film fans, don't forget to visit the Woody Allen statue.

Really nice and welcoming host. Gave us lots of good recommendations. The apartment is well organised, clean and tidy with all the essential equipment.

The location was ideal for easy walking into the centre and all the places of interest. It was very quiet. No street noise and yet there were bars to enjoy just outside the apartment. Lift up to the 6th floor. David was absolutely fantastic. We certainly appreciated his communication before our arrival, all his help in locating the apartment and then meeting us there. We were especially grateful for his help with the parking- he was so kind and made such a difference to our stay in Oviedo. What a star!
