“Very nice, clean and comfortable.”

The best

Very good location and the host is super quick to answer to help with any issue (even if it's late, thank you so much!). Check-in without a person is very easy and comfortable. The second floor (3d if you're not from the EU) is also good when you are with heavy luggage. Plenty of space in the apartment nice bed in the master bedroom. We lacked the teapot (we do love tea a lot), but there was a pot so we used it instead without a problem. All devices work well, have good water pressure and heat, very clean overall.

To be improved

There were two situations with a key/door: the first one the host resolved by his own means (the key was stuck in the lock from the inside) and the second (we accidentally locked the door with the key inside) we had to pay for the emergency service to open the door. Perhaps it's alright (although I'm sure it's included in the insurance of the property), just be aware of it and do not leave the key in the lock :)
