Piso Tamarells con balcón y piscina Port Pollensa

Air Con not working, reported immediately and whilst 2 fans were given this was not really sufficient as the temp inside was 28/29’ consistently. We tried to be out most of the time. Then the property manager decided to get someone to fix it when we were thinking of leaving - ready for next guests!! We departed a day early it was so unbearable. Owner thought it was fixed the day after reporting it. Unsure if it was a communication issue with property manager and owner. Ice box in fridge completely clogged up with ice making the fridge inadequate until we got rid of the ice. Electrical hazards with loose sockets. Ants all around the patio doors in the lounge. We have stayed here before and it was great but such a bad experience this time we won’t be returning.

The apartment doesn't reflect the pictures, wardrobe door hanging off, bedding was shabby apartment needs updating

Buzzer for the front door can be heard in all apartment rooms through day or night as it's key entry and not fob or actual key. This is not the apartment owner's fault, it's the main building as a whole.

We would have preferred darker curtains or black out blinds in the bedroom as the sun was very bright early in the morning.
