“Nice flat but kitchen needs stocking.”
The best

Good communication and a nice flat which was very clean and tidy. We were met at the door by a lovely lady and there was plenty of room to park just outside. It was only a short walk to the centre and the area was quiet. It was also a nice touch to have a few snacks and coffee pods and a little milk and water provided.

To be improved

Empty cupboards! The only contents in the whole of the kitchenette were 4 mugs, 4 glasses and some plastic spoons. When I asked about crockery, cutlery etc I was told that it was assumed that we'd be eating out and wouldn't need it. Not even a pan to boil water (though there was a small hob) - had to use a mug and the microwave for a cup of tea. In all my years of travel I have never come across this - we didn't even have a tea towel! It was all just very ODD not even to have a knife to cut a piece of cake.
