The driver went to the wrong train station and we had to wait over an hour until he found us. He let us in and demanded cash payment. We could not understand him most of the time. We put him on the phone with a Spanish speaking friend of ours and the Spanish speaking friend had difficulty as well. The bathroom door was jammed open. There was a mildew smell everywhere. What else it was far overpriced. It was a dump.

The host met us upon arrival to hand over the keys, but hadn't communicated well with me that he would be doing so. After an entire trip with mostly keyless entries, I wasn't thinking about him meeting us. He actually called me and was rude on the phone about the timing of our arrival. The interesting thing to me was that I had messaged him on Feb 8 to begin coordinating arrival and he didn't reply until Feb 17 (the day we were scheduled to arrive). Then on the 17th he was really rude and pushy. I didn't like interacting with him. Also, the property address in Booking is wrong. It said the property address is unit #1 on a certain street, but it is actually #39. That caused a little confusion for our taxi driver. This seems like a porrly run property - like someone doing this as a side hustle who isn't on top of the customer service very well.

Nothing worth mentioning.
